At Modaselle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the item back in its original designer packaging and include all authenticity cards, dust bags, and the original sales receipt.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Securely seal the shipping box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
